Dear Fundsz Investor:

As you know, Melanie E. Damian was appointed Receiver over Fundsz and the assets of certain individuals operating a cryptocurrency trading scheme through Fundsz (the "Fundsz Estate"). 

Pursuant to the CFTC enforcement action against Fundsz, no return of funds will be made from the Fundsz Estate without Court approval as provided below.

At this time, the Receiver is focused on locating and recovering assets for the benefit of all defrauded creditors of the Fundsz Estate.  

In the future, the Receiver will conduct a claims process allowing all potential creditors to submit a proof of claim with supporting documentation showing their losses. You will receive a notice by email when the claims process begins. We will review the database obtained from Fundsz's business records and any account information you provide to verify the amounts you invested to assist you in making a claim for the losses in your Fundsz account. 

The Receiver will then review all claims and make a determination as to whether claims should be approved for distribution. Claims will only be allowed for the investment amount. Any alleged interest, profits, bonuses or commissions earned on the Fundsz account will not be included in the allowed claim amount.

All claims will require Court approval as well. After receiving Court approval and authorization to make a distribution, the Receiver will make a distribution to all creditors holding approved claims. The amount of the distribution will be based on the cash on hand in the Fundsz Estate at that time. 

The Receiver will keep you updated on the status of the enforcement action and the receivership through this website at www.fundszreceivership.com.

Attached under the Court Documents tab of this website is the Statutory Restraining Order appointing the Receiver and other court filings providing background on the underlying CFTC enforcement action for your reference.

Please save all screenshots of your account pages, receipts for transfers of cryptocurrency or any other form of payment, credit card and bank statements, and any other documents showing your communications with Fundsz and the status of your Fundsz account. All documentation in your possession or that you can request from your cryptocurrency platform, bank or credit card companies, will be helpful during the claims process.

We will keep you updated on the status of the Fundsz Estate through this website www.fundszreceivership.com. We will post all significant Court filings, her status reports, all claims process forms, and contact information for the Receiver's office on that website.
